Fonctioning mechanisms and working teams

Since January 2009, the Foundations have established a network of coordination among their Communications and Press Offices.

This coordination takes advantage of the years of experience accumulated by the Foundations, made available to the Fondazioni4Africa as a strategic and operational resource for the activities of information, promotion and sharing of the know-how, good practices, tools, and materials produced.

The guidelines of the coordination project are defined in an ad hoc communications plan and delineated in a brand manual devoted to the initiative to be used mainly by the implementers, and in a list of rules and regulations.

The communications project is coordinated by each of the Foundations for a term of six months, as follows:

January – June 2009: Compagnia di San Paolo
July – December 2009: Fondazione Cariplo
January – June 2010: Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena
July – December 2010: Fondazione Cariparma

The current semester is being coordinated by the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena.
